🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–9 working days
- Remote Locations / Villages: 7–12 working days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, holidays, logistics delays or high order volume.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free delivery on orders above ₹1500
A standard shipping fee of ₹2000 applies to orders below the minimum value
Any current offers will be displayed during checkout

📦 Order Processing

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
You will receive email/SMS confirmation after placing an order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

Courier partner name
AWB / Tracking number

You can track your shipment anytime through My Orders or the courier’s website.

❗ Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at delivery:

The courier will make up to 2–3 attempts
You may be contacted via call or SMS
If undelivered, the package will be returned to us

Currently, we do not ship outside India.
